Experience and Qualifications
I am a businessperson with a strong background in strategic planning & analysis, marketing, and writing. I have owned my own marketing consulting company for almost 18 years. I also work with new products: I hold two US patents and am named on one patent pending, and I represent independent inventors who are trying to get their products to market.
I have also been very involved with the Milford School District on a number of different levels. My business background was utilized on the Business Advisory Committee during two different appointments, as well as with Citizens for Excellent Schools and New Options for Better Schools. I also enjoy using my skills to help students learn new things outside the classroom. I’ve started a column contest and newspaper program for the district, plus done presentations on inventing and created a drama club.
I am excited about the chance to use my various abilities, knowledge and enthusiasm to help the district through the Board of Education!
